a. Jatropha Seeds /kg - 1200/1400 Nos.
b. Jatropha Plants required /Ha - 3000/ 3500 Nos.
c. Seed yield / Tree - 1st year - 600 gms.
    2nd year – 1.5 kgs
    3rd year - 3 kgs
    4th year - 4 kgs
The yield depends on Agro climate & Following correct Agrotechniques.

d. Oil content of Jatropha seeds - 33-45%
e. Jatropha oil yield per Hectare of Plantation - 2500-3900 Lts.
f. Per Hectare plantation cost ( Excluding the cost of land) – Rs. 20,000 – 30,000 depending on Vegetation & Topography of Land.
g. Conversion of Jatropha oil into Biodiesel – 95%.
